ACS was proud to lead the effort to develop, and now manages, the NonProfit Collaborative (NPC), Howard County’s only nonprofit center. Opened in 2017, the thirteen tenant organizations are mission-driven nonprofits dedicated to supporting and addressing the unique needs of our community.

The NPC increases the range and accessibility of services available to the public on the county’s Community Resources Campus. It also bolsters the capacity of its nonprofit tenants by providing shared space and services and enhancing coordination and resource sharing.
