ACS' Public Policy Committee
With members representing a wide range of issue areas, the Public Policy Committee monitors legislation and identifies priorities within the policy framework established by ACS’s Board of Directors. All ACS members are welcome to join the PPC. Email us at info@acshoco.org for more information.
Local and State Coalitions
Joining a state or local coalition is great way to learn more about an issue, stay abreast of policy changes, and lend your support. Click here for a list of coalitions. Most have no cost to join.
County Government Boards and Commissions
A more formal way to get involved is by appointment to one of the County's boards and commissions. Click here to see a list. To be considered, the process is generally to submit a letter of interest to the County Executive.
